Due to COVID-19, there may be delays with deliveries that are beyond our control.



We aim to dispatch orders in no longer than 3-5 working days after your order is placed.

We offer Free Tracked Global Shipping but please email us at if you need Express Shipping.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility for that loss. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.


Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately by emailing We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases. 

It's okay if you changed your mind. These things happen. We'll even cover the cost of return shipping. 

If the product is faulty, we’ll refund your money or send you a new item – your choice. 

If you purchased the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we'll swap it over no questions asked.

  • The issue (faulty product, wrong size)

  • What you'd like (exchange or refund)

Now for the nitty gritty – you have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form.  After 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.
